This Energy Network is open to anyone interested in reducing energy use in waste and wastewater treatment and in identifying ways of energy generation within the Water Industry.

The focus of the Network is on identifying gaps in knowledge and developing research projects to address these. It also aims to disseminate information across the Water Industry concerning methods for better energy management. Training and education is provided through technical meetings, conferences, workshops and short courses. Network members are expected to contribute technical know how, academic expertise, project funding or strategic knowledge to the activities of the Network. Technical meeting and Workshops are available only to Network Members.

The Network is funded by EPSRC and no charge is made for membership. Charges will be made as necessary for specific events such as conferences and short courses.
